Surface though is pretty apparent there isn't it?

If there is a low, it is inland in Nicaragua.

I was speaking to clash of winds along 80W running generally north/south, it's a little rare to see such a sharp thin line.

Correct. Bones wasn't too concerned, though Spock did raise an eyebrow.

TAFB has the low pressure back - apparently sparked off by a tropical wave moving from the central caribbean.

Good ole NAM has our low pressure back - close to TAFB position.

Climatology points to the Gulf. Most likely Texas this time of year. We don't need anymore rain in S. Fl next weekend. If it would develop. Most likely it would head West. Besides Texas needs the rain.

This statement isn't factually correct. While Texas has been hit more. From La. to Florida statistically speaking is at just as great a risk. Thank goodness there is nothing out there to worry about right now.

While climatology may say that, the current weather pattern would tend to keep this "system" away from Texas. We are under a very strong high pressure ridge right now that has moved the stj way norht of us and then dips is south into the GOM and back over FL.

Slight twist off Nic/Hond. Could be just a convergence eddy. See if it flares again. Wave weak at best.

Better hope that black IR on Sunday isn't a sign of things to come...
