99L is dead

Recon that was going today was canceled and really there is nothing that they would look for so we have to look elsewhere for any candidates for future development.Maybe that wave south of the cape verde islands may be the future candidate.

Isn't there an upper level high forecast to move toward and/or over "Invest 99L"?
