TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTLOOK FOR THE CENTRAL INDIAN OCEAN
Issued at 12:00pm WDT on Thursday the 12th of March 2009
For the area south of LATITUDE 10 SOUTH between LONGITUDES 90 - 110 EAST
A tropical low, located west of the region near 20S 085E, is forecast to move
slowly southwest and is not expected to affect areas east of 90E.

next three days and may develop into a tropical cyclone near 090E on Sunday or
Monday.
The likelihood of a tropical cyclone developing in the next three days is:
Friday : Low
Saturday : Low
Sunday : Moderate
What's more, the development of this system is also supported by ECMWF forecast.
I'm interested in whether this system will get two names from two different RSMCs.
