Hello everyone from seafood city

#1 Postby Plant grower » Wed Feb 11, 2009 4:12 pm

Hello everyone my name is Simeon I live in Harvey Louisiana. I love tracking hurricanes and can not wait to see what this season will bring. You will notice I go by the name plant grower. I am a License Landscape Horticulturists and full time college student Major Horticulture. Growing up I knew I wanted to be a weather man or this, but as I got older my love for plants took over. Looking forward to meeting everyone as we get closer to hurricane season. 8-)

Hello and welcome. I'm a grower myself. Got a big garden out back. Grow year round. So what is the price of bulk fresh shrimp right now?

I'll take 10 lbs. No, make it 20 lbs. I've got a gumbo cookin that would love some shrimps.

Have you been through a hurricane? You'll find most of us in here are veterans of hurricanes.

Oh man.....I haven't been paying close enough attention. I just realized where Harvey is located. I don't do the westbank. NOLA for me is MSY and Magazine street.

I'm another who is bad about signing on off-season - but once Season starts, I have to read the forum religiously! And yes, you will really like it here.

Btw, I am another one who loves horticultural (tropical, of course 8-) ).

Have only been in cat1's, but if you're in LA, you've been through some bad ones.
