Model Map Update and link changes from WREL

T.D. #6 will be displayed on the model map page. To speed up load time, Danny will remain linked off the page above the T.D #6 (soon to be Erika) map.

Also, for those that use our HurricaneCenter for links and text, I will change everything over from Danny to TD #6 with the 11PM EDT TPC update.

Lastly, when storms get close the Ramsdis floater image sometimes does not load on their site. We're ftping the image to WREL...if you bookmark
Tropical Ramsdis (is there anybody who hasn't ;)) and the G-12 floater doesn't load, try our HurricaneCenter link as that seems usually to load fine.
