Yes at least we have something in the center to follow. I agree with Sandy on the Dmax later tonight. Clearly moving WNW.

I have noticed over the years with developing TD's that these little bursts over the center like this usually will rapidly expand as the night goes on and if the system has an MLC, which this one appears to have, then one or two bursts like this can quickly develop an LLC. All of this is IMO and IME.

It seems in the last few frames more of a WNW than NW.

The 00:00 UTC Best Track. The latitud position is now at 17.0n.It looks like the Leewards will be in the clear, but until it passes the longitud of the islands, dont let your guard down, those members who live there.

Yes blown away lets see if that burst around the center expands like a few posters have said would happen.

I hope somebody who is better than me w/ graphics saves this image of 92L and it's convection dot, because if it becomes at Cat 4 like the GFDL says we will want to look back at this moment.

That view always makes things look better but I have to say (and I'm wrong oh about 99.2% of the time) it's suddenly looking like it wants to get organized.
Now I'll take an oath of not posting for a few hours then look again.
Thanks for posting that link above. I have always had issue with the CSU imagery on the main site with the images jumping, this link is smooth. I will bookmark this link. You can really see the structure improving even though the convection is limited.
