Looks south of London right now. This cell popped up really quickly. Those warning texts I got didn't have any detail in them, do you know why that is? They just have the standard, generic wording.

Because they don't pay much attention in Canada...I find it is often better to make my own guess.

There's another really mean cell on the Michigan Thumb.

No, they have had details before in the warnings, I saw them all the time with the severe thunderstorm warnings.

That squall line in Michigan might come a lot faster then I thought eariler. TWN is reporting it to reach Toronto in 60 minutes but I think that is too fast, more like 2-4 hours.

It's getting very active now in southern Ontario with another tornado warning. I see about 4-5 severe cells setting up before the line comes through. I just heard now that London is under and tornado warning!!!! This is insane! There are more too but I' m too busy right now.

tornadic supercells in east-central iowa are now rooted right along the outflow boundary leftover from this morning's convection. DVN's radar shows this boundary now lifting rapidly to the north (near the quad cities as of 5:30), with low to mid-70s dewpoints along and south of it. these cells, and new ones now developing on the boundary, will continue to produce tornadoes over eastern iowa, northern illinois and far southern wisconsin over the next several hours. reports of 80 mph winds are coming in from these cells, as well.

major to historic flooding is already occurring across much of southern wisconsin, and with 2-4+" of rain coming over the next several hours, it's only going to get worse. numerous dams are apparently about to burst across the region. scary stuff.

Not good, SPC and NSSL were concerned that might happen and appearantly the boundaries are creating enough shear to spark tornadic storms yet again.
