The obs I have in so far are starting to indicate a turning at the lower levels at TS strength in some of the obs. A call of TD will not surprise me and a call of TS Claudette is not out of the question with what I have so far. However, they may be conservative in their call and wait till later to be sure.

That's what I was figuring. It's been almost 2 hours and right around advisory time...that means vortex message usually.

BTW...I post as Nelson in the chat room. Can't do the chat room at work though :(

Nelson,

Don't worry I can't do the chatroom either at work - I have to resort to reading the boards and asking questions!

Glad to have you aboard.

Welcome Nelson!! Looks like Houstonians are ruling this place of late!!! Lots of us around for sure! What area of Houston are you in? Ticka is in Baytown, I am in Spring Branch, Houstonia is in Bellaire, Wxman57 is in Meyerland, OtherHD is in League City, KatDaddy, is in Texas City(I think), GalvBay is in Clear Lake, GalvestonDuck is in Galveston, Clint_TX is in the Freeport area I think, and there are several more whom I know I have left out. That's allowed at my age!!! :?

The recon data I have recieved so far is indicating a closed circulation or darn close to it and it is looking better and better on the Sats.

I actually live down in Angleton...near Clint. My wife and Clint are old high school friends...so we know each other. I work at Ellington Field as the MET TECH out here.
