I'm not sure if I should stick with my late July prediction that I used for Bill or make it a little later. Hmmmm...

I'll go with July 31 in the western subtropical Atlantic.

Well folks Claudette is going to form in the atlantic basin sometimes before November 31st - end of the season - just thought for once - I have all my bases covered and couldn't possiblity be wrong.

DO I HAVE TO BE MORE SPECIFIC?

July 30 between the Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico and Bermuda. My guess is it will be the first hurricane of the year but won't hit any land. Possible threat to the East Coast, but will just recurve harmlessly.

Just a guess though, don't take my word on it 'til it happens. I stink at these games.
