Yes, the islands will get tropical storm winds from this. Latest IR shows a decrease in convection, but better organization and an enlargement of the cloud field (particularly the rotating cloud field) which has expanded. Interestingly, the "core" has slowed a bit allowing the cloud field to wrap around. What was a small area of circulation looks to have grown. Now the key is if some stronger convection moves into the "center" overnight. Looks to me though that the system overall is evolving/developing. Just add t'storms
