Here where the water balances out the heat the official
all time record high in Saint Petersburg of 100 is not hard
to break, but the water keeps us from breaking it.
Obviously with the tropical humidity the heat index is 15-20
degrees higher.

In Williamsport, the records are +103 and -20

I have experienced +104 or so (at another location) and maybe -15 in person.
