yes jonathan, 70F at St Pete (KSPG) for the low on Thursday, Sarasota 70F, Clearwater 71F. Not sure if those were record high mins either. But still plenty warm.
Low in North toronto at my house last nite:- a not too shabby 25F.

Low was only 34 yesterday morning! The temp dropping to 30 late in the day saved the day from being entirely above freezing though. That's been the low so far tonight, but it's clear, so they'll likely plunge in the couple hours leading up to sunrise.
The lowest so far this winter has been -2 degrees.

I know, the response is a little late, but better late than never right?
December was one of the snowiest, but it was drier than expected the last 3 days, so we were just barely short of making the top 5. We had 29.8 inches of snow; the 5th-snowiest is 31.2 inches. NWS Salt Lake City only records the top 5 for each month, so I'm not sure where this places, but it's certainly top 10, probably around 6th or 7th. It was, however, the 4th-wettest December on record.
January was very disappointing for the airport; pretty much everywhere along the Wasatch Front recorded significantly more snow than the airport, including my house (although it was still slightly above average). As an example, most areas north of about Layton or so have at least 10 inches of snow on the ground, while it's already pretty much melted at the airport. There's still about 4-5 inches around at my house.
Some areas of the Ogden bench were dealing with 3-5 FEET of snow on the ground just 5 days ago!

+12F and +43 in the afternoon.
Much warmer than normal and missed the warmest day of the year so far by 1 degree. It's the warm before storm since the weather forcast says 100% chance of snow tonight.

I'm guessing our below zero days are numbered and we may be close to the end of them for the season. Most years, our below zero temps occur mid-November to mid-March and it looks like it won't drop below zero for a while, which could mean we're about done with them.
