We often hold the nations low temp of the day, but this morning was warmer than some places in Florida. I wonder how often that has happened?

+33F this morning.
If it doesn't get colder than that by midnight, it will shatter all warm records for the warmest Jan 5th night ever.

-14F. Warm enough to walk to work, since there wasn't too much wind.
I'm glad there is somewhere colder than here.

Re: Post the daily low temps in your area
+7, the warmest night since January 6.
It has been snowing since yesterday afternoon, so the temperature stayed warm last night. Yesterday's high was only 8, so the morning low was only one degree cooler than yesterday's high. When shoveling the walks, I was sweating and it actually felt really warm compared to the -27 we had yesterday.
Because of the snow, it looks to be much warmer at night than it has been. Looks to be anywhere from +8 to -6 in the next few days. Not bad for January.
I'm going camping with the kids. They want to play outside a bit, so we're going camping for three days since the weather has warmed up enough. Cooping a five year old in the house to long is not a good thing.
