Most Indians, Pakistanis and Persians/Iranians are not only Caucasian, but Aryan. Iran changed its name from Persia to Iran because the Shah's father was a supporter of Hitler, and Iran means Aryan in Farsi.
Of course, al Qaeda has European converts, plus Bosnians and Chechens are Caucasian. There are also light haired and blue eyed Kurds.
One of my concerns is that al Qaeda may attempt a terror attack with non-Middle Eastern people, to disguise the fact that they are indeed Muslims. Most people will fight back against a hijacking on a plane if the hijackers are Arab, because they remember 9-11. But would they fight back against hijackers who claim to be Russians, perhaps, and claim to be only wanting to take the plane to Cuba?
Been around a lot of Indians, Pakistanis, and Persians. I have many Indian, Pakistani, and Persian friends. So I can attest to that. Indians and Pakistanis talk with the same accent if they are recently came to America. Pakstanis seem to lighter skin. Persians can have darker skin, but they can be faired to extremely pale. Persian last names look similar to Dutch, Armenian, and Italian.
Kurdish people originally spoke a Caucasian language similar to Georgian and Chechen. They adopted the Indo-European language, which is similar to Persian.
Arab is more of a cultural designation. Originally, Arabs were nomads, which includes Bedouin. Many of those who identify themselves as Arabs adopted Arabic last names. Arabs can have dark and pale skin. Some Arabs are redheads and blondes, especially around Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria. Also, you can see light haired Arabs in Iraq, which is from Persian influence, which Iraq was once part of. Once on TV, I saw an Iraqi doctor that looked like the actor Willem Dafoe.
