Since the Elie, Manitoba tornado recently became Canada's first confirmed F5, I figured I'd post tornadoes around the world that are suspected of being possible F5s.
These tornadoes were analyzed by an authorative source as being F5 or possibly F5.

June 1, 1927, Neede (Netherlands) probably was F4 according to the KNMI.
There also were tornadoes in the Netherlands on August 1, 1674. Some churches were destroyed or badly damaged, including the Utrecht cathedral. But it's hard to tell if it was F5.

A T10 TN also hit Belyanitsky, Ivanovo and Balino in western Russia on the 9th June 1984 killing over 400.

there is another one in Germany that is analyzed as a F4 and may have been a F5 Tornado:
