Pretty cool picture! Looks like it may have come pretty close to having a brief touchdown.

Yes it looked like it would have for about a minute or two. The weird thing is when it was half way down then it went back up and in a second it was a full funnel!

I saw it too tigergirl,
I was going to advanced auto parts on the LA 1 side of the bayou and saw it over the marsh in the 40 arpent.
