He is not being held in their hand. He is being "lifted" with both hands to meet Bao or that is what it looks like to me. How awesome that they could meet.

I think what she meant (cause I thought the same thing at first) was that he was in the palm of someones hand. At first glance it looked like the two arms around him in the picture were actually fingers (looked like that to me anyway) but after examining it more I noticed it was two arms

Just to meet. I can understand why the worlds smallest man would want to meet the worlds tallest man.. Just seems to make sense. lol
