Yeah, does seem persistent Rainstorm. Some convection in there. Atlantic high is forecast to build to the NW of it, which can make it interesting. Cheers!! 8-)

It looks a little better today than yesterday, but I still don't know if it'll do anything. NHC hasn't mentioned it in the TWO yet, so I'm not concerned...

It does looks slightly better and while I think nothing is imminent there in the next 24 hours or so I don't think that you can necessarily use the NHC as a single source for whether something will develop or not. They seem to ere on the side of caution on something that might develop but probably won't.

Amen... you can't always rely on the NHC... you can foecast your own by looking at the data, and your forecast may be right rather than the NHC! So, if the NHC says it's not going to develop, you don't have to believe that... :)

The NHC tropical outlook is a good guidance, but you can't depend on it 100% as with any product from anyone because no one is perfect all the time.

Yes, it's good guidance, but like you said, nobody is perfect ALL the time, and we have to remember that! ;)
