This maybe be only news for the Houston Area
Cecilia Sinclair has officially signed off as Channel 26's chief meteorologist and will be feted today on the Fox station's morning show.
Sinclair, who has been off the air since mid-February, discovered that trying to be a meteorologist and tending to a special-needs child was the equivalent of two full-time jobs.

Hopefully they will pick up on some more talent, which they definitely don't have now. I know of at least one female met who has applied for the job, but have no idea what her chances are. I've seen her once on Ch 2 as a stand in and she did a good job. I work with her husband.
