I was trying to make an avatar of Andera. As you can see it looks horrible. As soon as I turned it into a .gif it turned into a very snowy picture. I think it looks like crappooee. I was also using the bad program called paint. Is there anything I can do?

try saving it as a .gif or .jpg file vs a .bmp
