Wow, I just watched the videos and thought Blake was incredible! When he was practiced with Jon Bon Jovi, I thought "What the heck's he doing to the song." But when I heard his full performance, I was blown away. He gave it his own artistic interpretation and I thought it was truly inspired and phenomenal.
Lakisha and Melinda were fabulous as well. Haven't bothered with Jordin yet and I already saw Chris and Phil sing when they sang on the results show.
AI is a weird show for me. I don't always like to tune in and watch the broadcast, but then when everyone talks about stuff, I catch the highlights on the web site and wish I'd seen more of it. Mostly, I prefer the auditions and then when it gets close to the finals.
Um...Sanjaya who?

I really liked the tone and quality of Phil's voice and the fact that he was in the service made me like him even more. I'll miss him. I'm so glad Blake made it thru.
I had started liking Phil more. He really does have a very pleasant voice. I'd be willing to bet that he gets a record deal and then you can enjoy his voice on CD.

A better performance from Lakisha . . but I'm not sure if it will help her though.
ETA: Yay!! It's finished. It was boring. Next week, is the final three? hmm Blake, Jordin, and Melinda. ..
