At home, not that much anymore since I'm no longer in school, back when I was working towards my bachelors degree in criminal justice I was online at LEAST 90% of the time, now....about 1%.

At work unfortunately, I'm online 7 of my scheduled 8 hours...now if I'm working a crime scene or any other form of crime, I'm at at least 10 hours a day at work doing research!
