Thats because a size 6 kids shoe is the same as a ladies 7. I know because my 8 YO twins wear that size(obviously big footed too), and its hard to find ladies shoes that are fit for a young girl to wear. Sears is great because they have the kids shoes that big. They would love to wear alot of the womens shoes, ecspecially the ones with heals! No way, not yet. :lol:

Size 10-11 (ladies) - it sucks having big feet....may have to try that pointe thing if it'll make my feet smaller :) Of course, friends in my ballet class that were en pointe had horrible, bloody toes, but if it'll shrink the feet! :lol:

Yes, that is definately true. Cheap shoes and more expensive shoes tend to be sized different.
