"Sunday Night: A 40 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 62. Windy, with a northeast wind around 23 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph"
If the temp is 62 with high winds it will be hysterical watching fans FREEZE.
Believe me, they will be cold.
Even those from out of town since your body just does not accept the cooler temps in South Florida.
I have been bitterly cold with temps only down in the 50's with high winds at the Stadium while having attended games elsewhere in much colder weather and being comfortable.
People don't dress for it down here and their brain's tell them that it CAN'T be cold.
Then they freeze when it is 62 or so and windy.
Watch, if the weather is like this the commentators will say that they can't believe people are chilly in South Florida and sweatshirts will sell like hotcakes at the game.
It will be like San Francisco in the summer.
Some of the coldest winters were the summers at Candlestick or in San Francisco.
Watch and see folks!!
Record Highs may return for South Florida!

Well, first of all it will not be in the low 60s at game time, they are calling for low temps in the low 60s sunday night, meaning early monday morning. Temps for the start in the game should be near 70 to the upper 60s falling to the mid 60s towards the end of the game. Maybe the locals might think is a chilly, but a Chicago or a Ind. fan coming down from the frigid weather they have been experiencing temps in the upper 60s will make their body feel like it would be in the 80s.

Yep, looking less and less like a washout for the Superbowl weekend. Right now in Fort Lauderdale we have mostly cloudy skies and a 10am temp of 78. There have been some breaks in the clouds and there is just a light breeze.
Sunday looks breezy, mostly cloudy with just scattered showers, and temps in the 70s...nothing extreme at all.
According to the NWS Miami discussion, precip chances might be lowered even further.
