The ABC previews shows Christina walking out of the OR, with her gown covered in blood and with the expression of a doctor who has to tell a colleague that a family member has died. I have a bad feeling about George's dad. And you know George will not let her live this down, especially after he questioned her about Burke's hand prior to his dad's surgery.

That's an interesting theory... and I think you could be right. That could instigate the fight between Christina and Burke too.

Bump!
New episode tonight... 9pm ET/PT on ABC, it's the last new one until January. Repeats will air in December, starting with the 3rd episode of the season next week.
Oh and if you love Grey's, you'll probably like Men in Trees which has it's Thursday premiere after it tonight. I watched it on Fridays and enjoyed it.

Huge ratings last night(a pretty good episode, nothing special), the biggest since the premiere(after a low-rated episode last week due to Thanksgiving). CSI was a repeat which probably helped...
"Grey's Anatomy" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)
ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" dominated the 9 o'clock hour in Total Viewers (24.3 million) and across all key adults demos (Adults 18-34 - 9.3/24, Adults 18-49 - 9.6/23, and Adults 25-54 - 10.9/24), scoring the medical drama's strongest numbers since its season premiere 10 weeks ago - since 9/21/06. In fact, "Grey's Anatomy" registered the second-highest-rated telecast on television during the 2006-07 television season across all the key adult demos (Adults 18-34, Adults 18-49 - tied, and Adults 25-54), behind only its own season premiere.
* On each of its 10 original airings so far this season, ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" has represented Thursday's No. 1 TV program across each of the adult demographics: AD18-34/AD18-49/AD25-54.

New episodes will return on January 11th. Repeats will continue on Thursdays at 9 in order. Then on January 4th, the last 2 episodes aired(the Thanksgiving episode and the one from November 30th) will re-air from 9-11pm ET/PT.
Some episode descriptions/spoilers:
January 11th(two-part episode over 2 weeks):
After a successful operation on his heart, George's father undergoes surgery for his cancer, Thatcher Grey visits Seattle Grace in order to see his new granddaughter, and Meredith discovers that Derek has trouble sleeping soundly.
January 18th
12/06 - The wacky case of the episode will be that of a 40-year-old man who comes to the ER because he can't stop crying. His wife is not sympathetic at all as she thinks it's all in his head and that he just needs to admit he is miserable.
January 25th or February 1st?
The pit is hopping with patients who have problems raging from a sprained ankle to a chip stuck in a throat. Two doctors tell a man who says it hurts when he pees that they can take care of his problem in no time. A father brings his 11-year-old girl to the ER after she complains of cramps. The young girl wonders if she may be pregnant but doesn't want her father to know she had sex. She really doesn't want to be as the guy she had sex with a week earlier is not talking to her anymore, is it because he thinks she's fat? A man brings his girlfriend to the ER when he wakes up and sees she is barely breathing and smelling weird. As doctors take care of her, the man discovers that he doesn't know much about his girlfriend. A doctor complains of being nauseous and aching all over.
and then a big spoiler, which I'll put in white(highlight to read):
12/13 - I can tell you who's getting engaged: George and Callie! [...] One well-placed mole tells me that they'll make the announcement during February sweeps. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
I'm hearing of a heart-wrenching episode coming up, in which a character will die. From the sounds of it, it just might be the most emotionally intense episode Grey's has done yet. And it will also help Cristina redeem herself. Source: Kristin on E!Online
I think that's it for now.
