This reminds me of the Presidents Day Storm of 2003 in a way. It's not extremely powerful but it's packing a ton of moisture, thats how we wound up with 21 inches of snow from that one.

We should probably get used to this scenario. It will likely repeat (to some extent) many times this winter.

if your prediction is correct extremeweatherguy i hope this will be further east so that the peoiple with droughts can get some moisture but not all at once

Question though...which way is the center low pressure moving. If it moving up the Mississippi and through the Great Lakes...we would be looking at a rain event. If its moving up the east coast or just off the east coast, then we would be having one heck of a snow storm.

Oh, I saw it alright! This winter, Austin is going to get the snow and ice and Corpus Christi will get cloudy and 33 degrees. LOL! :lol:
