The high in Madison yesterday was 36, and that was at 11:53 ... PM! It is supposed to make into the 40s today, but hasn't yet. Tonight is supposed to be the last freeze for a week or so.

Got down into the upper 50s in Houston with a light breeze and overcast skies. So far today our high has only reached 73F with a continued breeze and now sunny skies. Feels great outside!

And the wind chill pushed it down to 23°F! That's NOT October weather! You can imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning. Should be similar (right around 30) the next two nights as well. Official high today is 57°F from nearby KCJR.

Its 71 at 6am and my mother says its "nippy" "I hate this time of year" . I love it, the humidity is down and and feels so comfortable in the morning.

Hi, this is my first post. I am in Montreal, Quebec, and I am quite surprised to read how cold it has been south of the border. The coldest here so far was 34 on the 14th. Temperatures are not even forecast to go below freezing in the near term at all.
