To say that '04 and '05 spoiled a lot of people is the understatement of the year.
Good one. Also 2003 was very active. We are not used to a normal or below normal season. 2002 was the last below normal season due to El Nino. No storms formed after September 21st.

All the "Chicken Little's" who claimed the end is near because hurricanes the likes of Katrina were to become the norm due to global warming. I guess the pie hit them square in the face. Also, first time since 2000 MGC's house was not put under at least a TS watch/warning. I don't miss the pain of packing up all the yard stuff or picking up after the storm......MGC
