How many more Hurricanes/tropical storms will we see?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Well, we still have about 12 days to the peak of the season, which means another 24 days or so of high probabilities. Then another minor spike a week after that, for another month or so of high probabilities for development. We'll see, but I'm saying perhaps 6 more storms, 3 hurricanes with no majors. Although if one gets into the gulf, we'll have a major.

Certainly a welcome change from last year, and further evidence that the science of predicting seasonal activity is far from exact.
