But that does bring up an interesting point. If we rocked off a bunch of jettys in an unprecedented building feat to rival the half mile residential building they're constructing in Dubai, we probably could take some energy out of these things without any redress from Mother Nature. Just tow some mountains from TDR (they don't need 'em) or lay out barges end to end filled with giant concrete boulders and maybe we can eliminate 5-10% of potential destructive energy without having to call out friends at Dy-No-Mat or whatever.
