Scott Kiser from NOAA to appear on CNBC
Scott Kiser will be on CNBC's Morning Call today. It starts at 10am est and lasts two hours. I'm not sure what exact time he will appear, but he is the last guest listed so I assume that means he will be on towards the end. CNBC said he will talk about Debby and also reiterate NOAA's prediction of 12-15 named storms for the 2006 season.
