i thought you were going to go with the wave ahead of TD4...that sure is a lot of red though in that interior storm

Actually that might be TD 6 if the Central Atlantic wave can get its act together.

I think TD 5 is out ahead of TD 4.

I'd say that would be TD6 if it develops. I think the central wave will be TD5.

Didn't see this thread when I posted this in TD4's thread. I've been watching this one for a couple of days now. It just now getting a good satellite presentation...but the models have been showing a monster for a while.

Here is my post for those who missed it.

Look what is coming behind TD 4. It is HUGE. The GFS has been showing it for a couple of days. It now has a good satellite presentation.

Sat Image

Take a look at the size of the 850mb circulation...

May or may not. Not sure if you have looked at the models but the GFS at least keeps it going west thru 180 hours plus something that size has less of a tendency to turn north.

Point is its big. Should be fun to look at.

Not quite so sure that Stewart is saying "fish cancel" here; just dialing back the expectation a bit.

I think Derek also mentions that some of the models kill this one off maybe before it can put its "fishin pole" in the water....
