The only ones I've found are for Europe and N.A., but anybody got links for this model over the Tropical Atlantic and Pacific?

In case you haven't noticed, the links are under 'model extras' on the left hand side when you are on a particular basin page. A couple of notes:

- The links on the EPAC page take you to the WPAC models... but the EPAC models are there as you can see (just a matter of changing the W to an E in the link).

- There was a fairly long period where the Atlantic ECMWF images weren't updated... I was surprised to see that it is current now. I've never noticed such an issue with the EPAC images.

I use the tool at this site:

http://vortex.plymouth.edu/grbcalc2.html

It's not exactly user friendly and it's pretty much trial and error to see what fields yield any data (ECMWF will only yield data at 24hr, 48hr, 3 4 5 6 and 7 days) but the overlay feature is handy.
