HUGE African Wave
A huge African wave is about exit Africa - tomorrow AM, this one should develop given a lot more moist air to work with as well as upper level high pressure in area.
Expect track to be slightly south of west to around 10 N and then head west for a few days.
We will see if this is the beginnig of the Cape season that has been dormaint for over a year.

it is right now and will be for a couple of days, but after a couple of days, the air will be juicier with less dry air(typical for this time of year) and this wave should get going really good. We are getting into mid August, so it's time....
