Dry air and shear. The ONLY story so far this season. Can you say BORING!!! I sure hope the atmospheric conditions will be better than this come September or it WILL be season cancel for real.
Personally I love BORING and hope conditions don't improve in September or October. In my opinion this would be a dream season for those affected by Katrina, Rita and Wilma last season if we didn't have any major hurricanes make landfall in anywhere on the U.S. mainland.
But I caution it is way too early to even think of that right now. Things can change quickly in the tropics.
Amen......
As much as I enjoy tracking storms and the "beauty" of a Cat 5 and a perfect shape storm; they unfortunatley usually come ashore somewhere.
So, as far as I am concerned those who love to see storm after storm can whine all they want and complain about "season cancel" and "how boring it is", blah...blah...blah.
Because for my money, let this season be an absolute dud.
Let there be nothing to write about so the "clowns" out there can post their drivel (you know who you are).
Or maybe you are so out of it you DON'T know who you are!!!
But we do.
I would like to end the 2 year streak of putting up shutters, closing my business' for days at a time and insurance claims.
Let my new roof see no danger and the rest of my repairs (still not finished) be done soon and not threatened again for a LONG time.
Be be bored and entertain yourselves with your whining.
I WOULD LOVE it!!!!
