What is the right way: Opening a new thread if 91L will become T.D. No.4 or will this thread go on and on...

I think they just change the name of the thread to reflect it.

They haven't been run. I've noticed that many times, when there is just an invest out there, that there are either aren't any "early" 0600Z models or they come out at a later time than usual, for example the 30 Jul 06Z run for 90L wasn't posted until around 0830Z.

You can check here to see whether they come out... if they don't then the next thing posted will be the 06Z GFDL (normally posted a little after 11Z).

The center is at 12 north/38 west...A ship report from right in the center has reported no winds or under 5 knots. The convection is being sheared again. While there is a small area of convection trying to pop over the eastern Part. Darn it it would be upgraded by the nhc will not upgrade now.

Good Catch Bailey1777, looks like shear is increasing at 10 to 20 knots west and north of the system. Looks like the tutt is going to mess with this one to. Looks like this might not make it. This makes me very sad.

I hear you. It's like everytime something forms the shear monster chases em down and kicks their butt.

The TUTT is going to hurt this guy as well. Don't really know on how much yet though.

It's always the TUTT or the shear that gets in the way this year . Every single one....
