I'll just get the grill started, but I'm still going to wait before I start cooking.

That's ok... it's only baked with no seasonings and with the feathers on. Sorry, still have to eat it.

I wonder, is this 1012 mb the highest pressure for a TS since Andrew?

Convection does not equal a comeback guys. Crows are endangered enough by now so we should stop eating them whenever we can.

Oh, and I have no idea if Andrew is the highest pressure recorded for a TS. Hurricane Danny in 2003 had 1004 mb w/ 75 mph winds, remember.

My people thank you for supporting crows, we are all going into hiding unil Dec. PS pigeons make a great replacement and taste better.

Don't fire up the grill just yet! It looks like the timex that won't stop ticking is about to have a dead battery

Yeah. The vigerous LLC we saw yesterday is not so vigerous this morning. Hispanola is hurting it big time. It doesn't have to go over the middle of the island to hurt it...a close skirt to the north is enough to do damage. The southern part of the circulation is really taking a beating.

Glad I wasn't logged on here last night - I'm sure there was lots of excitment over that flare-up, but, this morning the system seems to be on it's last legs - I hope...

I dont know...its certainly not very vigorous but its not surprising since it was downgraded to a TD. By the way, have yall noticed that there is a blow-up starting on the SOUTH side of the center? Look closely at on this visible image and you can also see a tiny flare on the east tip of the center

Yes, but, I'll guess and say that the convection is more of a convergence issue than anything.

By the way, considering your user name - it would be Crow Parmesan...

Thanks

Big crow serving for Sanibel.

I was sure a big hurricane was headed for the Keys from this one.
