Your correct. At one point when Chris was expected to be a Hurricane it was a Hurricane warning. I thought they were questioning why it was still around because even if chris is still a TS it's effects regional wise will be limited.brunota2003 wrote:No...the forecasts like that are done in big blocks, so while a portion of that is under a TS warning, the whole block still gets colored in... http://www.nws.noaa.gov/ if you look there you can see the big block, its like a severe thunderstorm warning for a county, the whole county gets highlighted, however only a small portion of that county is actually effected, mets if I'm wrong feel free to correct...
