Reasons Chris will/ will not develop 'beyond' 48 hours?

#1 Postby HouTXmetro » Thu Aug 03, 2006 1:03 pm

Primarily for the pro-mets as to why Chris may or may not develop after the next two days. Not presently but what factors are forecasted to be working against him 2 days from now even if it is an open wave? Or will development be likely to occur?
