I am curious

The change from depression to storm occurred when the Low reorganized under the convection.

If that unforecastable action hadn't happened

wouldn't Franklin have been correct?

I think Stewart is one of the best ever, but think he got lucky on the low reorganizing back to East

Stewart is one of my favorite NHC forecasters. Stewart and Avila are my favorites.
