Well, according to the NWS Forecast, the North Texas area will be getting a chance of thunderstorms all through Friday with the best chances on Thursday. Of course, not all will see the rain but at least some areas will be soaked.
It still doesn't change the fact that some areas are under water restrictions.

I promise that we are trying our best here in Southeast Texas to push this rain to our pals in the rest of the state!  We are getting drenched again this morning with heavy rains and we have had way too much.  I hope before the day is done, you inland  folks will have some of this liquid sunshine!
