How long until Chris?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Maybe the wedding will end up like that movie in the end, "Forces of Nature."

Welcome Dynamic. I hope you enjoy yourself here, in your little Weather World 8-)

Thanks Hybridstorm!

And I think that having two different areas to be watch, one in the GOM and the other in the Central Atlantic it's time that some of you guys makes an update or add your posts to this topic. In my opinion Chris will be here this week, on when or where it’s the question. I really think that later this week in the Atlantic.

If the disturbance in the GOM doesn't develop into Chris.. which I don't think it will, then I expect it to form in the early weeks of August.

August 10. Why? We go back to school down here. Not logical reason except it seems as soon as we get in school for about a week something goes on.

I go back 2 school on the 8th, but that is off topic.

I'm still staying with my prediction of July 27th. Watch the Carribean.

I will hold you to this post.

As for the prediction, I say we see Christ before August 1st...preferably during the July 27-30th period.

Some of our worst hurricanes have hit after September 15th. October is a bad month especially for South Florida - I won't relax until November and by then it will be Turkey Day!
