Is it true when the EPAC is having a lot of storms the Atlantic is quite?They are up to E (I think?) and we are just 2 TS. I know it is still early. It has been on my mind and I was afraid to ask.

Yes that is correct. Peak EPac season is mid-July to late September, while peak Atlantic season is early August to mid-October.
