I agree 98L is something to watch. The window for development is rather narrow though..between the time shear lessens and the time it makes landfall.


We all know what even a TD can do though.

The local news just mentioned that it is possible that it could turn into a TD or even a TS by the end of the day....

Lisa its not uncommon for local media to "upgrade" a system prematurely. Listen to NHC..and of course the Storm2k mets.

Yeah CH. 11 had a graphic up that referred to it as a TD however David Paul did not call it a "depression" but a "disturbance".
