LLC ESE of Isle of Pines, Cuba?

I haven't seen anyone mention this circulation, does appear after the initial convection dies off and looks to be re-firing with convection. Would this not be the area of a low development that we saw with the NAM recently heading NW into the GOM?

See floater.......

That does look like a nice spin. I guess I was too busy looking the one near florida and eastern gulf. I would be curious to find out what others think.

That is a mid level vorticity center from the leftovers of a strong cluster of thunderstorms in that area this morning. The clouds you see are not thunderstorms and are altostratus/altocumulus clouds.

I would expect this spin to wind down in the next few hours.

That's what I was going to write...it appears to be spinning down this evening...but I do think this area (from just south of Cuba to SW of Florida) is a place to watch this weekend.
