question 4 the board

Are we still allowed to make amateur forecasts and if so where is the disclaimer posted..?

I feel like voicing my thoughts on this 1..

{and NO.. I don't think It will make a complete 540 and come back this way lol}

It's also in the Board Rules forum. Everyone really should make a habit of checking those forums. :)
