What date will the B storm form

When does the B storm form late July Early August or mid to late August.

HAMMERED the date, just not the location. Oh well, at least we have something to watch. NC HOT today mid-upper 90's.

July 17. As an aside, even though Beryl has yet to become a hurricane ever, and that "B" storms recently have struggled to become hurricanes, it will still become the first hurricane of the year.
