interesting to see that last year it was so different for southeast fl.
I have heard people say that the more rain you get in april, may and june increases your risk for a storm and then i hear people say the drier you are increases your risk for a storm because its earths way of distributing the needed moisture. I have heard that any storms this year are meant to be very wet which we did see with alberto and would make sense because of the drought most places are facing. But i am wondering is there is any scientific evidence to show or prove that less rain brings more chance of a storm to an area or visa versa. Or, does it not matter and its just a bunch of malarkey?
