the circulation has gotten even better it looks like from the sat pics -- but still waiting for the deep convection....best wave I have seen in June in a long time

even the wave at 8N and 35W out ahead of our big wave is looking like it has a cyclonic twist but notice it also has convection....which means there is a chance our bigger wave can get going even if it moves west.

A great panoramic view of the Atlantic and this nice wave.But as Mike Watkins said at the show it's June.

This is undoubtedly a very impressive wave, but the overall synoptics don't favor that much eventual development. Still, however, it is an EXTREMELY impressive system for this time of year, and a similar system under conditions and synoptics in August or September would well merit watching.

I wouldn't rule it out however. GFS had been picking up on some type of low pressure originating near africa but, it did drop it earlier today.

A low could well form, but it would likely fizzle in organization (convective-wise) after a while, although the low may maintain it's identity a bit longer after that due to the synoptics.
