I've had GRLevel3 for about a year now. I've downloaded .shp files (for streets), topo layout, etc. IMO it's the best one out there, bar none. And you can't beat the price either.

I'm using GRLevel3 and following Alberto on this page: http://www.pdfamily.com/weather/radar.htm
The Alberto images are below my regional radar and I change which site as required.

Thanks for posting about this product. For the price, and from all of the positive reviews, I'm going to get it. (May take me awhile to figure it out)Thanks, great thread! :D

I've tried most of the available radar programs and GRLevel3 blows the others away. Do you have any facts to backup your statement?

question does this radar or is there a radar that you can input your location and pinpoint exact conditions??? Like on channel 4 they can pin point a storm down to the street name?

Yes you can make all fully customize the radar maps. You can input the lattitude and longitude for any location. You can create different backround maps. GRlevel3 will allow you to zoom down to streetlevel as well.

For those who are interested, my radar can be seen here. Right now the loop is a little screwed up because KLIX was out of service this morning so I switched to KLCH. Now KLIX is back in service so the loop shows me switching back  It'll catch up in about 30 minutes or so.
